TAMPA, Fla. -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who edged the Atlanta Falcons in overtime on Sunday, made a large jump in ESPN's NFL Power Rankings this week.
The Bucs (3-4) are No. 21 in the latest edition released Tuesday, a seven-spot improvement. They tied with the Oakland Raiders, who improved from No. 16 to No. 9, for the biggest move in the rankings.
Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston has posted a total QBR of 88-plus in two consecutive games, making him one of just four rookies to do so in the past 10 seasons, according to ESPN Stats & Information.
