The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have announced a bunch of front office and coaching moves today, as they prepare for free agency and the draft. The team hired Skyler Fulton as offensive assistant, Anthony Perkins as assistant to the head coach and former Bucs tight end Alex Smith as pro scout. They also named Danny Breyer to the position of defensive assistant, while moving Zach Grossi from assistant to the head coach to offensive quality control.
Of these, Smith is probably the best known to Bucs fans. He was originally a third-round pick for them way back in 2005, and managed to hang around the league for a whopping 11 years despite never really standing out in his play as a tight end.
