Buccaneers fans were really hopeful for tonight’s Hall of Fame results. Former great John Lynch was named a finalist for induction tonight along with great starts like Terrell Owens, Joe Jacoby, and Terrell Davis.
Unfortunately, we have learned that Lynch has been left out of the Hall. He was unable to come up with the necessary votes to be enshrined. The position typically doesn’t get a lot of love from the committee, so the wait continues. At least Brian Dawkins didn’t get in.
The class is made up by Terrell Davis, LaDainian Tomlinson, Kurt Warner, Morten Anderson and Jason Taylor.
