Yes, technically the Houston Texans defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23-20. Yes, they did technically overcome the Bucs overcoming a 17-3 deficit to tie things up 17-17. These things are accurate, but they don’t really tell the whole story. To be clear, I’m not taking anything away from the performance of the Houston Texans.
