Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter said Thursday that comparisons of the team's actions after the arrests of Austin Seferian-Jenkins and Josh Huff are "not apples to apples."
The Bucs placed Seferian-Jenkins, a tight end they drafted in 2014, on waivers Sept. 23, hours after he was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence. The arrest report said he smelled of alcohol.
The team signed receiver/kick returner Josh Huff on Monday to its practice squad after the Eagles released him in the wake of his Nov. 1 arrest. A police officer pulled over Huff in New Jersey and said he was speeding.
