Emanuel Hall was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Chicago Bears by was cut due to a lack of on-field time; Hall did not play in Chicago’s preseason opener and has missed most of camp in Chicago. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have claimed the services of the former Missouri Tiger off of waivers today.
The Bucs hope to get Hall healthy and on the field because when he plays he can be a difference-maker. Hall is a big play, speed receiver who runs a 4.39 40 yard dash and lit the combine on fire.
