The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have moved down in the 2016 NFL draft, trading their ninth overall pick to the Chicago Bears in exchange for the 11th pick and extra considerations. The Bucs get an extra fourth-round pick in exchange for moving down two spots, the 106th overall pick at the top of the fourth. That's pretty good as they'll almost certainly be able to pick the player they would have targeted anyway.
A trade down was always likely for the Bucs, who didn't have any terrific options at number nine. Most players worthy of that pick didn't fit a need, and most players who did fit a need weren't quite up to the level of top ten picks in most drafts.
