Buccaneers 2016 roster cuts: Two moves bring Tampa Bay to 75-man roster

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have completed their first round of roster cuts by waiving offensive lineman Joel Hale, and wide receiver Donteea Dye. The latter was waived with an injury designation, which means he’ll revert to injured reserve if no other team picks him up on waivers.

The Bucs released 12 other players earlier this weekend, including safety Major Wright. The Bucs also waived defensive tackle Travis Britz, cornerback Daniel Davie, wide receiver Andre Davis, offensive lineman Taylor Fallin, linebacker Jeremiah George, defensive end Martin Ifedi, running back Storm Johnson, defensive tackle Ishmaa’ily Kitchen, safety Kimario McFadden, punter Jacob Schum and tight end Tevin Westbrook.
