The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jameis Winston number one overall last year, and he was pretty much all they could hope for. Winston made the Pro Bowl as a rookie, played well after an ugly first game, and looks like a future franchise quarterback. While he had his faults, those faults are normal for a rookie -- and he should be much-improved in his second season. Offseason reports that he's transformed his body hint at that, and no one's ever had any legitimate complaints about his work ethic. The future looks bright for Winston.
