Surprising news coming out of Tampa, but Bruce Arians is stepping away as head coach of the Buccaneers according to Peter King;
Effective immediately, according to King, Arians will join the Buccaneers’ front office and defensive coordinator Todd Bowles will become the Bucs’ head coach for the 2022 season.
“Succession has always been huge for me. With the organization in probably the best shape it’s been in its history, with Tom Brady coming back … I’d rather see Todd in position to be successful and not have to take some crappy job.
