It has been four games in the Bruce Arians system for Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston as he is in midst of the most important season of his young career. It’s safe to say when the Bucs used the number one overall pick on Jameis in 2015 they expected more than what he has produced.
Bucs’ general manager Jason Licht has done everything he can to build around Winston, bringing in top free-agent wide receivers, drafting offensive lineman and, along with the Glazers, have brought in three different head coaches to try to make it work. The latest of the bunch, Bruce Arians, is doing his best to rewrite the narrative that Jameis is a “turnover machine.
