We're heading into the all-important third week of the 2016 NFL preseason, with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers taking on the Cleveland Browns on national television on Friday Night. Traditionally, the third week of the preseason is when starters get the most playing time, and that should be the case tomorrow night as well, with Jameis Winston and company on one side, and Robert Griffin III leading the starting offense for Cleveland.
The Bucs have looked pretty decent this preseason on the level of individual players, but have struggled to put together quality team performances.
