ST. PETERSBURG — It’s hard to stop any train, especially the “A-Train,” but Mike Alstott knows what to expect Sunday afternoon at Raymond James Stadium.
The former fullback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the bulging biceps and the soft smile will enter the franchise’s Ring of Honor during a halftime ceremony that promises to bring out the handkerchiefs.
“There’s going to be a hesitation,” Alstott said this week while sitting behind a desk at his Family Foundation office. “Obviously, it’ll be emotional for me. It’s going to be tough, with everybody standing there that had a hand in my success, including the fans.
