After kicking the game-winning field goal in the Buccaneers’ Week 5 victory over the Panthers, Roberto Aguayo has been nominated for the Castrol Edge Clutch Performer of the Week award. Aguayo booted a 38-yarder as time expired to send the Buccaneers home with a victory over the defending conference champions.
Also nominated for the award are Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, Falcons running back Tevin Coleman and Lions cornerback Darius Slay.
The Clutch Performer of the Week is determined by a fan vote, so Buccaneer fans are encouraged to vote for Aguayo early and often.
