1. QB Jameis Winston
As a rookie, Winston has had a lot to digest since arriving in Tampa as the Buccaneers’ first-round draft pick at the start of May. But he’s shown steady progression, from the start of rookie mini-camp through OTAs and culminating at mandatory mini-camp last week. Over the course of the two-day mini-camp, Winston was impressive with his ability to fit mid to short-range passes into tight windows, particularly in the red zone.
Throughout the Bucs’ mini-camp, Shepard had been one of the most active wide receivers on the field.
