Martin is attempting to accomplish something that’s only been done twice in Buccaneer history – rush for 100 yards or more in three straight games. Martin has rushed for at least 100 yards in the two weeks leading up to the bye and has 405 rushing yards on the season, the ninth-most in the league. Through six games, the Redskins have allowed an average of 118.2 rushing yards per game, the 10th-most in the league. Martin could be primed for another big day, especially if Evan Smith, the Bucs’ starting center, returns after suffering an ankle injury against the Saints in Week 2.
