When looking at the Syracuse Orange’s current bowl projections, there are pretty much three options laid out: Peach/Fiesta, Camping World or Pinstripe. That said, there may be a fourth option that we haven’t yet discussed at length: the College Football Playoff.
On Tuesday, Sports Illustrated’s Lorenzo Arguello broke down the convoluted path for the Orange to make the top four. No, it’s not necessarily an easy one at all, though it does start with Syracuse obviously beating both Notre Dame and Boston College. One would assume we’d probably have to best the Irish by a reasonable amount too, just to up our chances.
