Would upset of Notre Dame be Quentin Hillsman's biggest as Syracuse women's basketball coach?

Syracuse, N.Y. -- As far as program-shaping shockers go, Syracuse's win over No. 3/2 South Carolina in the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight last year likely stands alone in the 11-year tenure of Orange women's basketball coach Quentin Hillsman.

Then again, the Orange rolled right from that win all the way to the title game. So clearly that Syracuse squad was a special group and perhaps not the underdog it appeared to be.

That won't be the case for Syracuse on Sunday when Notre Dame visits the Carrier Dome. While SU isn't nearly as strong as last year, the steamrolling Irish are giving off the vibes of being favorites against almost every team that doesn't wear Connecticut uniforms.
