Syracuse, N.Y. -- The way Syracuse University women's basketball coach Quentin Hillsman sees it, any time spent during a game with your foot off the gas pedal is time wasted.
If a foe is good enough to run over the Orange, well, they can go for it. But if they can't slow down Syracuse themselves, don't expect Hillsman to help out.
The relentless coaching style of Hillsman raised some ire Sunday after Syracuse trounced North Carolina 95-64 in the Carrier Dome. In the handshake line, Tar Heels coach Sylvia Hatchell appeared to question Hillsman for pouring it late well after the Orange had salted the game away.
