To the Editor:
After witnessing one of the most tense and exciting Syracuse University football comebacks in recent memory, I looked forward to seeing how the game would be covered in the Sunday Sports section. It was a game of emotional highs and lows that both teams seemingly won and lost on numerous occasions, finally decided in double overtime, and it was an amazing game to watch in person.
But instead of an article chronicling the numerous peaks and valleys of what was a truly remarkable SU victory, The Post-Standard chose to abandon an exceptional and heroic all-around team effort in favor of attempting to create a quarterback controversy.
