Why Syracuse football is already giving Louisville coach Bobby Petrino headaches

Syracuse, N.Y. — Bobby Petrino has coached in the Carrier Dome before — enough times to know that even a meager crowd can seem like a massive one.

Since the start of last week, the Louisville head coach has been pumping noise into his team's practices in anticipation of the Orange-Cardinals matchup on Friday night at 8 p.m.

"That's a loud place, and they'll probably have a good crowd," Petrino told local media Monday night (video via Steve Jones of The Courier-Journal). "It is loud, no matter how many people are there; playing inside, it's always loud.
