What Texas A&M transfer means for Syracuse football

Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse football has dipped into the graduate-transfer pool in each of Dino Babers' three seasons here.

The expected addition of Texas A&M offensive tackle Koda Martin brings to mind three scenarios in which he can be utilized during the 2018 season.

Starter at right tackle

Martin started 10 games last season at left tackle for the Aggies in the SEC West division.

The 6-foot-6, 310-pounder could earn a starting job at right tackle, which would allow redshirt freshman Airon Servais to return to center, a position he started 12 games at in 2017.
