Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim said Tyler Lydon played his first "horrendous" game of the season during a loss to Louisville. Lydon's response three days later was just what the Orange was hoping for.
Lydon was one of the few Syracuse players to perform well during a 66-52 loss to Pittsburgh on Saturday, avoiding any sort of prolonged funk and responding to a rare poor game with one of his better efforts of the season.
"I was trying not to even think about the Louisville game," Lydon said. "Me and Coach talked, and he just said to move on.
