Sid Wilson, a Top 100 player out of Brewster Academy, has decided to enroll in college sooner than most expected.
Wilson announced via Twitter on Wednesday that he has reclassified to 2017 and plans to graduate this year. He did, however, leave the door open for a post-grad year.
Syracuse has been recruiting Wilson for the 2018 class, so this may throw a wrench in things.
Standing at 6-foot-6, Wilson is a prototypical wing prospect and that’s very appealing to Syracuse.
It’s unknown, however, whether Wilson and Tucker would both come to Syracuse and compete for more playing time in their first season.
