Syracuse, N.Y. -- Carmelo Anthony dropped 10 points in the first half and the United States Men's National team cruised to a 110-66 win over the Nigerian National team in the final exhibition tune-up before the teams fly to Rio for the Summer Olympics.
Two former Syracuse basketball players participated in that game; Anthony and Michael Gbinije, who will represent Nigeria in Rio.

Anthony, set to participate in his fourth Olympic Games, started for Team USA in Houston's Toyota Center.
