The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball family got some good news this weekend as two former players get drafted in the NBA G-League draft (yes, you read that right, G-League).
Tyler Roberson and John Gillon were the chosen two who were selectioned. Roberson was the first to hear his name called when the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario took him with the 15th overall pick. (insert comments about the Clippers’ team name here)
Roberson had an up-and-down career as a member of the Orange, where he was a starter for Syracuse's magical Final Four team back during the 2015-2016 season.
