Syracuse's Jim Boeheim on Frank Howard's struggles: 'He's got this week'

Syracuse, N.Y. -- After missing the first four games of the season, Frank Howard returned to Syracuse's starting lineup on Nov. 21 against Colgate.

Howard missed the entire preseason and the first four games of the regular season with an injured left ankle.

He missed target dates for his return, the Orange's regular-season opener and then the two games in the 2K Empire Classic at Madison Square Garden, before finally suiting up for the win over Colgate on the night before Thanksgiving.

In the little more than two weeks since then, the senior point guard has played in five games.
