The Syracuse Orange women’s basketball team has added a new shooting threat to its 2021-22 roster. Guard Shalexxus Aaron has announced her intent to transfer from the University of Southern California to Syracuse next season. Aaron is a redshirt junior and has two years of college eligibility left.
In two seasons with the Trojans, Aaron averaged 6.6 points and 2.1 rebounds in 41 games and eight starts. She shot 42.2% from the field, 41.1% from three, and 82.6% from the free throw line. Nearly 70% of Aaron’s shot attempts came from three-point range (151/223).
