The Syracuse Orange women’s basketball team (18-5, 7-3) beats Boston College (14-10, 3-8) by a score of 96-69. The Orange are now 8-1 at the Carrier Dome this season. Miranda Drummond led SU in scoring with 24 points.
Syracuse came out looking for the three-point shot early and often. Syracuse was 5-of-8 from deep in the first quarter, four of those coming from Drummond who was 4-of-4 after the first 10 minutes.
Drummond finished the first half with 18 points, all coming from beyond-the-arc as she finished 6-of-7 from three-point range in the first half.
