The Syracuse women's basketball team finished its European tour on a high note with a 97-56 win against Lokomotiva. The women went 4-1 overall.
The Syracuse Orange women's basketball team won its final game in the Czech Republic to close out its foreign tour at 4-1. The team got off to an auspicious start by winning its first two games in Vienna and Slovakia, but eventually lost one to a talented squad in Prague.
Yesterday the women were able to take care of business by surging past Lokomotiva 97-56. Junior center Briana Day had a day in the paint by scoring 25 points to lead the team in scoring.
