Quentin Hillsman filled a hole in his coaching staff with the hiring of Tammi Reiss.
A New York native will fill one of the vacancies on the Syracuse women's basketball coaching staff.
Eldred's Tammi Reiss was hired as an assistant coach, the team announced on Sunday. She spent the last two seasons at Cal State Fullerton as an associate coach and recruiting coordinator.
Reiss comes to Syracuse with experience in the ACC as a player and coach. A four-year starter at Virginia, she led the Cavaliers to three Final Four appearances and broke the school record for career 3-pointers.
