Syracuse head women's basketball Quentin Hillsman earned his 230th victory of his career, becoming the program's winningest head coach, in an 88-62 victory at Clemson on Thursday night.
Clemson (11-4) was the first one on the board in the ACC clash, but that would be the only lead the host Tigers would hold. Senior guard Alexis Peterson answered with a 3-point field goal on the next possession and Syracuse (11-5) never trailed for the remainder of the contest.
Coming into the game, the Orange led the ACC and ranked fourth nationally in turnovers forced, averaging 24.3 turnovers forced per contest.
