The Syracuse Orange women’s basketball program is enjoying the best stretch in program history and that success is translating to the professional ranks. On Sunday Brittney Sykes of the Atlanta Dream put herself in the WNBA record books with an offensive explosion.

Sykes’ scored 22 of Atlanta’s 23 points in the quarter and ended the game with 29 points and 10 rebounds.
