Syracuse quarterback Eric Dungey and hybrid Ervin Philips will both play against South Florida on Saturday, SU head coach Scott Shafer told Cuse.com on Monday.
"They're ready," Shafer said. "They've been running with the team all last week, practicing, and they look good."
Dungey and Philips had both been out with "upper-body" injuries. Dungey suffered his in the second quarter of the Orange's 30-27 win over Central Michigan on Sept. 19, while Philips last played in the season-opener against Rhode Island on Sept. 4.
"We got the offense rolling and there really was no hesitation, so it's good to see," Shafer said.
