The Syracuse Orange’s September 22 game against the Connecticut Huskies will start at 4 p.m. ET, according to an announcement from the ACC. ESPNews will air the contest, making it the third national broadcast for Syracuse in the first four games.
Considering how poorly UConn has played thus far, it’s almost surprising ESPN would want this game to see the light of day. After falling to UCF 56-17 in the opener, they were stomped 62-7 by Boise State this past weekend. Granted, both of those teams are top 25 opponents, so perhaps Bristol’s willing to give them a pass.
