Over the past few weeks, it has been a tale of two halves for the Syracuse basketball team. The Orange are normally better in one half than the other and unfortunately, it has resulted in some of their losses this season.
Their inconsistency was on display again during their matchup against the Arkansas State Red Wolves on Saturday inside the Carrier Dome.
The first half couldn’t have gone much worse for Syracuse. After falling behind by 11 points during the game’s first 10 minutes, the Orange were able to cut their deficit and enter the locker room at the half with a two-point lead over a 5-6 Arkansas State team.
