Syracuse headed down to "south" Florida with a lot of momentum. Eric Dungey had recovered from an upper body injury, Syracuse played LSU pretty tough, they had three wins to start the year. Everything seemed to point that Syracuse should play a competitive game, and probably even beat USF. Not the case. Syracuse ended up getting trounced 45 to 24.
Eric Dungey (21/34, 232yds, 2 TD, 1 INT) had an alright day out there. He did have one turnover. But really, the two fumble losses is more costly. No one really got the rushing attack going, putting a lot of pressure on Dungey to make plays.
