Syracuse soccer star joins elite group in program history

Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse sophomore Miles Robinson has been selected to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-America first team.

Robinson becomes the fifth player in program history to earn first-team All-America honors and the second in the last three years.

Robinson is also a semifinalist for the Missouri Athletic Club Hermann Trophy, which is the highest individual honor in collegiate soccer. Robinson was voted the Atlantic Coast Conference defensive player of the year and was an all-ACC first team selection.

Robinson started all 17 matches in which he played in this season and helped the Orange to 10 shutouts.
