It took a couple of months but the Syracuse Orange officially named Brien Bell as the next Head Coach of the Cross-Country/Track & Field programs. Bell has been at Syracuse for 13 years and was instrumental in the program’s rise to the 2015 National Championship. As we talked about this summer when it was announced that Chris Fox was leaving Syracuse to coach Reebok’s new professional team, Bell getting the HC position was the right call and Fox certainly agrees.
