Coral Gables, Fla. -- Syracuse and Miami basketball players wore T-shirts Saturday honoring the victims of Wednesday's Florida school shooting.
A gunman killed 17 people and injured others in the deadly attack, which occurred on the campus of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. The school is located about 50 miles north of the University of Miami campus, where Syracuse was to meet the Hurricanes at noon Saturday to play an ACC basketball game.
The gray T-shirts said Praying for Stoneman Douglas in red letters on the front and #MSDSTRONG across the shoulders on the back.
