The Syracuse Orange non-conference schedule was already on the cusp of being complete from an opponent standpoint, but now we know dates for most of the contests as well.
After learning on Tuesday that Syracuse will visit the Georgetown Hoyas on December 11, one report has the Orange facing another former Big East foe — the Villanova Wildcats — at Madison Square Garden on December 7.
Syracuse.com noticed the report from “Everything Lubbock” back in June, indicating Texas Tech coach Mark Adams’s confirmation of the date of the Jimmy V Classic.
