Growing up a Syracuse Orange fan, Howard Washington dreamed of one thing: to play for Jim Boeheim in the Carrier Dome — and he’ll fulfill that dream this season as he begins his freshman year with the Orange.
Washington, who the program had first reached out to when he was a freshman in high school playing outside of Buffalo, NY, knew once he was offered a scholarship by the SU staff that he was heading to Central New York for college.
