Syracuse, N.Y. — The Syracuse men's lacrosse team remained No. 4 in this week's Cascade/Maverik media poll.
The Orange had no trouble dispatching Hobart last week, but a thrilling battle between No. 1 and No. 2 meant there was little chance of a major changes at the top of the poll.
Notre Dame's 15-14 victory against North Carolina kept the Irish atop the poll for the fourth straight week since knocking off previous No. 1 Syracuse on March 28.
Carolina, the only other team to defeat the Orange this season, remained second this week, followed by Maryland.
