Syracuse Lacrosse responded from a tightly contested game again St. Johns last week, but it didn’t show up on the scoreboard against #14 ranked Johns Hopkins. Confused? It’s because the effort showed up on defense as the Orange forced several missed shots and turnovers down the stretch to give themselves a chance. One of those crucial turnovers by the Blue Jays led to a score to send it to overtime. Once there, the Orange won the faceoff, and soon after, the game.
