Brittney Sykes, the lone Syracuse Orange representative in the WNBA this season, took the court this weekend for the Los Angeles Sparks. The five-year pro veteran started for LA in their second game of the 2021 season.
The Sparks (0-2) were defeated by the Las Vegas Aces on the road Friday night, 97-69. Sykes recorded two points, two rebounds, and two assists in the loss. She played 22 minutes and shot 1-7 from the floor.
The Sparks shot 36.5% from the field and 29.4% from three in the contest.
