The Miami native left Syracuse as the program's all-time leader in receiving yardage, breaking Marvin Harrison's school record in the final game of his career. In an interesting twist, Ishmael will join the same franchise that drafted Harrison in the first round in 1996 and molded him into an NFL Hall of Famer.
