For the second week in a row, Syracuse junior wide receiver Steve Ishmael was not listed on the team's injury report. However, he did not play against North Carolina State last Saturday due to a nagging injury suffered at Clemson on Nov. 5. And on Wednesday, head coach Dino Babers said Ishmael couldn't finish practice on Tuesday.
His absence would be another hit to the SU offense, which is already expected to be without quarterback Eric Dungey and center Colin Byrne. It would, however, provide an opportunity for redshirt senior wideout Alvin Cornelius to build off his strong performance against the Wolfpack.
