This may seem harsh, but it’s true. I get all the issues with the Syracuse football team. They’re painfully obvious to the Orange faithful. We have issues with recruiting, we’re in the blustery north, and we have a track record of losing as of late.
We proposed this question a couple weeks ago, when will the excuses end? They’re legitimate reasons to attribute to the problems with this program. But from all the calls we received on the ESPN Postgame Show and this morning on ESPN Radio in Syracuse, it is clear that the honeymoon period is over.
