Editor's note: As Syracuse football prepares to host No. 22 North Carolina State, head coach Dino Babers has declined to make clear who will play quarterback, Eric Dungey and/or Tommy DeVito. To provide readers with a better understanding of Babers' perspective, beat writers Stephen Bailey and Nate Mink have been given an assignment: make a case for SU to play each quarterback.
