The Syracuse football team has lacked dynamic play-makers over the last decade plus. Coincidentally the Orange haven’t been relevant over that same time frame.
With a new head coach in Dino Babers arriving this offseason, that’s all set to change. Babers implements a high octane offense that prides itself on its tempo.
“Orange is the new fast”, that’s the new motto for this Syracuse football team. According to coach Babers it’s going to take at least a year and a half to fully install this offense.
To implement that kind of offense you need players who fit the system, fortunately for Babers, junior Steve Ishmael fits the bill to a tee.
